The building is nice and the rooms are attractive and fabulous with separate twin beds and a spectacular view, as example. The breakfast is marvellous with lots of things to eat and drink.

Perfect for a couple's getaway
Right on the river, we had an amazing view of everything from our room, Navy Pier, tour boats. Just beautiful. The staff was really chill and helpful, especially when our TV remote stopped working. They jumped on it fast!
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what, worth every penny.

The hotel of choice in Chicago. Attractive and outstanding room and large bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. Such great stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the subway. Excellent service overall and parking on site. Not to mention free wifi!

The front desk welcome by the coordinator, quietly stated options such as an upgrade and healthclub access as we stayed two nights. The (upgraded)corner room facing the navy pier was magnificent. The Palm Court food was superlative. The concierge extremely informative to us as first time visitors to Chicago.

The overall experience was fantastic. As a young group of girls, the hotel was not demeaning or condescending - all of the staff was in fact very helpful and accomodating to our needs. The hotel itself is lovely, centrally located, very nice overall. Stay was excellent.

My recent visit to the Swissotel Chicago was the fourth time I have stayed there. Needless to say, if I were not satisfied, I would have not returned. I like this hotel for several reasons. It is attractive, clean, and very comfortable. It's triangular design is handsome and provides beautiful views of the city and lake. It also has a very convenient location.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, the fitness center, and the bar lounge area. They even helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. Amazing staff and services. I will definitely return for my next trip!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great walking distance to all activities.
Rooms needed to have a refrigerator for guest use. Need to have a vending area so after hours you can purchase items at a resonible price. Free coffee in the Lobby should be their for guests.

We have stayed on Swissotel many times and enjoy it.
Rate is somewhat high and also the parking fee.

great location, nice staff
Had a really good time at this hotel! Super clean and the location was awesome, especially for the marathon. The staff kept it friendly despite computer issues at check-in. Just a heads up, parking is kinda pricey at $84 a night. A little sketchy seeing a rat outside while waiting for a taxi too.

The room had lovely views of Navy Pier, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. We even caught the fireworks from our room! The shower had fantastic pressure, and the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.
